This IPA is  more malty and bitter than a "big hops" style IPA.  Brewed with columbus, chinook, amarillo, cascade and simcoe hops and pale malts.  APV is 7.5%,  IBUs are 63.

This  Vermont specialty, a sap beer, is brewed once a year in the spring.   Brewed the same as a traditional Pilsner, but with maple sap instead of water for mashing.  Lagered for 3 months, it is clean and refreshing with just a hint of maple for the sap.  APV in is 5.5%,  IBUs are 43.

This wheat beer, brewed in the style of a traditional German Weizen,  has a lot of flavor. This hazy brew has hints of banana and cloves, making it a very drinkable. Brewed with Saaz hops and pilsner and wheat malts.  APV is 5.0%,  IBUs are 9.

A style revived by the craft beer movement, Gose is an almost forgotten style. This tart brew originated in eastern Germany, where the water is naturally salty,  hence the salty taste. Brewed with Tettnang hops and pilsner and wheat malts with coriander and salt.  APV is 4.6%,  IBUs are 12. 

An American style brown ale, this is a more hop forward brew than traditional English browns.  Don't worry, it starts with the malty, chocolaty taste browns are know for before giving way to a hoppier finish. Brewed with Cascade hops and pale, crystal, and chocolate malts.  APV in is 5.4%,  IBUs are 39.

This porter is great for the colder months with a hint of hazelnut to perfectly balance the malt flavors. Brewed with pale, crystal, Special B, chocolate, and black patent malts, with Cascade and Fuggles hops. APV in is 5.4%,  IBUs are 33.

Brewed in the style of a traditional German Kolsch,  this is a clean beer is almost lager-like with just enough bitterness at the end to balance the malt throughout. Brewed with Tettnang hops and German Schill Kolsch malts.  APV is 5.0%,  IBUs are 23. 

Hogback Mountain Brewing

Neither American nor British, this interpretation of a pale ale is malt forward like a British ale with American Cascade hops. Brewed with pale, crystal, and a smidge of chocolate malt, the result is a complexity unusual for either an American or British Ale. APV is 5.0%,  IBUs are 40.
