Taproom Server $13/hr + tips
*Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, and positive
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively within a team
*Participate in taproom setting; silverware rolling, cleaning/setting outdoor space, etc
*Proficient at pouring draft beer and beer presentation
*Assist in bussing tables and end of day procedures
*Assist guests in food and beverage selections, explaining beer styles and answering food questions
*Operate POS system
*Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage control policies
*Ensure excellent customer service and experience.

*Wash and clean glassware, tableware, pots, and pans
*Work efficiently and independently to keep up with the pace of the taproom and team
*Move independently between the kitchen and bar area to ensure all cleaning needs are met
* Assist in bussing tables to ensure efficient turns
* Ability to work effectively within a team
