Peterson SMaSH V - A Single Malt and Single Hop profiling Mosaic hops using pale malt from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
Past SeriesPeterson SMaSH IV - A Single Malt and Single Hop profiling Galaxy hops from Australia using pale malt from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
Harvest Brown - This prototype brown is made from a variety of malts and an all Cascade hope profile intended to adjust the hop profile of our regular brown, Drake, Smith & Co. . A full bodied brown with a moderately high level of hopping makes for a vary flavorful beer.
Pink Boots Gose with Blood Oranges - This beer is made with a base of pilsner and wheat malt from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton with German hops and blood oranges added during the secondary ferment. The result is a beer with the sour of a gose and the citrus of an orange.
Homestead Maple Brown - This limited release brown is made with Norris Sugar Works maple syrup and Homestead Hops Centennial hops. A distinct maple flavor makes for a very smooth ale. All the malts are from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
Pink Boots American Sour with Cherries - This beer is made with a base of German pilsner and wheat malt and German hops with cherries added to the secondary. The result is a soured beer with hints of cherry .
Addy Brown - This prototype brown is made entirely of malts from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton, Cascade and Nuget hops from East Brook Farm in East Middlebury. A full bodied brown with a moderately high level of hopping makes for a vary flavorful beer.
Peterson SMaSH III- A Single Malt and Single Hop profiling Nelson Savin hops from New Zeland using pale malt from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
Wet Hopped Ale - A variation of our standard Pale ale, Rock's Flying Service, using hops for East Brook Farms in Middlebury for bittering and wet hops grown at the brewery for finish hops. Pale and
Amber malts from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton make up the grain bill.
The Carriage Barn Series offers you a chance to try limited releases as we experiment in the brewery. Look out for these continually changing takes on traditional styles and quirky alternatives

Gose Lite - in the German Gose style, but lightly soured and salty. The corriandar makes a significant contribution at the finish.
Peterson SMaSH I - Light golden color, earthy/piney aroma, earthy/piney hop taste up front with some hop bitterness in a very moderate way, It ends with a pleasant balance towards the malt. The majority of the chinook hops were grown here in the Village, only supplemented by a small amount of commercial hops due to limited local supply (and Vermont supply), and the malt is from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
Chocolate Walk Porter - This porter will be released at Bristol's Downtown Chocolate Walk in December. A full bodied porter with a distinct chocolate tastes. All the malts are from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton.
