Curated Autumn Beer Pairing w/ Lucky Star

Join us for our first curated beer pairing with Lucky Star.  Taste all the fall flavors with 4 8oz pours of Hogback favorites perfectly paired with 4 courses of Lucky Star magic.  $55 (plus tax) per person.  Reservations required (802-643-2304).  Outdoor patio seating available (weather permitting).  Doors open at 3:30 with first course served promptly at 4pm.   

Menu Overview: 
Course 1: Lucky Star beer bisque with house made pretzel knot.  Paired with Hogback Oktoberfest (marzen style lager) 
Course 2: Roasted winter squash, fresh pasta and bacon. Paired with Faodail (maple scotch ale)
 Course 3: Steak and ale pie.  Paired with Drake, Smith & Co (brown ale) 
Course 4: Pumpkin mousse praline spice cake.  Paired with Lake Dunmore P&T (hazelnut porter)
